Armour Huts is a contemporary mountain hospitality project designed to reflect the architectural character and natural setting of Kalam, Swat. The building combines local stone textures, warm timber detailing, pitched red roofs and traditional patterned screens with a clean, contemporary façade composition. Deep balconies and large glazed openings connect the guest spaces with the surrounding landscape, while projecting frames, timber gables and layered terraces break down the scale of the building and give each room a distinct identity. The design creates a balance between regional mountain architecture and modern resort living, offering a warm, contextual retreat shaped around views, daylight and the experience of Swat's landscape.
