Builders Heights

Bold projecting volumes, stone-clad façades and deep balconies give a Peshawar commercial building a strong, climate-aware identity.

The design creates a strong contemporary commercial identity through bold projecting volumes, clean horizontal lines, and a balanced composition of solid and open spaces. Stone-clad façades, deep balconies, metal screens, and shaded circulation areas add texture and depth while responding to climate and privacy. The articulated corner forms act as visual anchors, giving the building a distinctive presence while maintaining functional and flexible commercial spaces.
