The Hotel Tower

A vertical hospitality destination — layered terraces, deep projections and planting that turn the tower into a vertical garden.

The Hotel Tower is conceived as a contemporary vertical destination where hospitality, commercial activity and landscape are integrated into a single architectural composition. The lower levels create an active and transparent public realm, while the tower rises through layered terraces, deep projections and recessed volumes that break down its vertical scale and give each level a distinct identity. Integrated planting, green balconies and rooftop terraces introduce nature throughout the building, softening its mass and creating a sense of a vertical garden. The interplay of solid textured surfaces, generous glazing, shaded terraces and dramatic voids gives the tower a strong visual identity while responding to light, views and climate — creating an urban hotel that feels both iconic and human in scale.
