The design concept reinterprets traditional architectural elements in a contemporary language, using modernized jharoka-inspired balcony projections as distinctive façade features. These elements are complemented by exposed brick framing, clean geometric lines, large glazed openings, and a restrained material palette, creating a modern institutional identity while retaining a subtle connection to regional architectural character.
